This is very nice, well-done work here. Her face is excellent, very well defined despite having mostly empty space (shows that you got the subtleties of the important elements right). The hair is good, the bangs are a bit iffy in the middle (most hair cannot jump up from the face, then fall down at such an angle without help), but the strokes and flow are very nicely done. I would have extended some of the hair strokes onto her scalp, as it looks a mite bit empty, but it still works well. I like how you draw a very soft elven ear rather than a sharp point, or heaven help us, one of the giant spear-points certain anime and video game series seem to love. The pose is very good, very realistic, and there is never any reason to be ashamed of working from a reference picture. One note on the hands: they look good, but the gaps between the fingers seem a bit large. The clothes are simple in terms of design, which is nice, but you've got all the folds and creases down very well, which adds a sense of realism others try to compensate for by hyper-detailing their designs.
Overall, a very nice piece that evokes a very soft tone.

J'aime surtout ces vêtements! ^^ Son visage me parait un peu fade sur celui-ci, ce qui est dommage car pour le reste c'est du joliiiii! (sauf...la main est un peu petite XD Note, les mains c'est galère, il n'y a que Pa-chan qui cartonne pour les faire)
